Removals Masterclass
We are passionate about training and developing our employees, so they can realise their full potential. Jack David Craig Briggs (Operations Manager) and George Ding (Storage Executive) recently attended a Removals Masterclass run by British Association of Removers.
During the 5-day residential event, they gained a comprehensive understanding of the key responsibilities that managers have within a removals business. These included health and safety, insurance, legal and HR aspects, claims handling and settlement, operational planning, contracts, lead generation and cost modelling.
They have both returned to the business and are keen to put their new knowledge and skills to the test.
