The BS 8522 quality standard was developed by the BAR Commercial Moving Group in collaboration with BSI, Facilities Managers, procurement and removal professionals. The standard provides the commercial removals industry with recognised, specific and measurable benchmarks which are also relevant to its particular activities, unlike more generic quality standards such as ISO 9001.
